Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) as at March 18, 2020
The current COVID 19 (novel coronavirus) pandemic is affecting all Canadians. OEBC is no different. After thorough discussion of all options, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to postpone the spring administration of the OEBC Written and OSCE exams indefinitely. OEBC understands the significant impact this has on candidates and is dedicated to delivering these exams on an alternate date as soon as possible. OEBC is committed to take appropriate measures to protect the health of all of its stakeholders including candidates, volunteers and the general public. As such, it will follow all Public Health Agency of Canada and government recommendations in determining an appropriate alternate date. Based on current Health Authority information we do not expect that to be before the end of June. Updates will be published when available.
Candidates are advised to monitor the OEBC website
